Can anyone tell me which Airlines fly OUT of Kuwait?

Which Airlines fly OUT of Kuwait to anywhere, i.e. US, London, etc. Or do you know where I can get this information? Family will be coming from Kuwait, I am sure that there is no airline that flies directly from Kuwait straight to the states (well maybe New York now that I think about it). But I just need to find out what Airlines total fly out of Kuwait to anywhere so that I can get their individual policy information.
