I have to write an 8 page essay about Swine Flu?

i've gotten 3.5 pages so far, and my teacher doesn't think it sounds like a thesis controlled paper. she thinks it sounds more of a report rather than an essay. i've gotten paragraphs of vaccines, what it is, etc.. what else can i write about? or if anyone knows any liable sites i could use for research that would be great! thanks!!!
