What Do I do About my Boyfriend?

My boyfriend Pj is obsessed with video games. I tried calling him yesterday because i hurt myself really badly in basketball. A girl punched me in the face and a part of my tooth came off. Anyways he didnt pick up and he had his sister call me. She told me tht he was sorry he couldnt talk because he was playing x box. I dont know what his problem is! What do I do. I mean he is so sweet and caring and doesn't act up in front of his friends. He talks to me everyday and we hang out but on Sundays and SAturdays he seems to play video games the whole day. What do you suggest I do
