Am i at the end of my bronchitis?

i have had bronchitis for about 2 1/2 weeks now. at first i had lots of phlegm, i didn't have a fever. now i have a fever that runs from about 99.5- 102.5, i have no more phlegm but i cough a lot and no cough medicine helps. so does this mean i am at the end of the bronchitis or am i getting something else?
