My dog almost ate some chocolate?

Hey, i know chocolate is very bad for dogs and can kill them. Somehow my dog Rocky got ahold of a Hershey Kiss and i stuck my finger down his throat and it came out, could this mess up his health in any way? I think someone musta dropped it and he found it, i dont think he had any other chocolate cuz i just saw the one wrapper.
