Top CO2 emitters? Concrete = 5%, tourism trade = 5%, and poor countries can't reduce THOSE, so, what others?

The New York Times (10/30 and 11/1) wrote that manufacturing concrete can't be reduced by developing countries, and that tourism's air travel, conditioning, cars and buses give many poor countries their number one (and sometimes only) source of foreign currency, without which they'll implode. Any thing else this big and discrete a carbon footprint? That hopefully we can do something about besides tell poor countries to eat dirt?
