Swollen down be low ???? ?

Hi I havnt been on my period for 5 months negative test.. My inside my hole of the looks swollen cuz there's some lumps coming out of my they are ruff nd can't even fit a finger up there. Cuz it's that swollen. Iv been haven truble with my Walter to as just plane Walter leaks out my vsgian for 12 hours nd fells like I need to push.... What can this be
