Does anyone know if Atropine drops can correct an eye that has peripheal vision loss from a hemispherectomy?

My daughter had a hemispherectomy (removal of her left hemisphere) now her right eye turns inward when she is focusing. These drops are suppose to blurr the good eye and force the weak to strenghten...just curious if it would work in her case. I don't want to torture her anymore than I have to, she has already been through enough. Please Help!
