My friend needs help..?

my freind cant get over her ex of almost 2 years. he moved on and has another girl. she wrote on his locker the other day saying : I <3 and drew a pic of a on it too: and she aways Ims him on facebook and stuff. and he never really wants to talk to her and she had had with him like 2 weeks ago, and they were not together. do i help her or somehting?. what should i tell her?
